Cancelations / Refunds
It is of course possible to ask for a refund or a change in your order before it has been shipped. However it’s not possible to ask for a refund once your order is shipped out.
Preorder items are NOT refundable! This is because I use preorders to fund production!
Shipping
Due to high shipping costs, all orders are standard shipped without tracking information. Customers have the option to purchase tracking for their orders at an additional cost. If an order is lost during shipping and tracking information has not purchased, we sadly cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.
Please note that all lightstick holders are all made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped

I found these on Instagram the DAY after pre-orders closed, waited weeks for in-stocks, got Patreon for early access, and then waited two weeks for shipping and EVERY SECOND WAS WORTH IT. They're good quality, super cute, and they make me like irrationally happy. I got all eight, and the packaging was super cute too. Just make sure if you order more than two to request the pairs you want so you get the right magnets!
