Process / shipping time

Studiodily is based in The Netherlands, Europe! We package and make lot of items ourselves so our process time for packaging orders is around 1/2 weeks, depending on the amount of open orders! so please keep that in mind when placing an order!

All 3D printed items are custom made to order, and may take longer to process!

Shipping time can vary based on your location! Please note that international shipping can take a long time! We recommend choosing "Tracked Shipping" for the safest shipping method!

Domestic orders (The Netherlands) usually arrive within 1-3 workdays

European order: 1/2 weeks

Elsewhere: is difficult to estimate and can take up to 6/8 weeks (this is sadly out of our control :( )

Cancelations / Refunds

It is of course possible to ask for a refund or a change in your order before it has been shipped. However it’s not possible to ask for a refund once your order is shipped out.

Preorder items are NOT refundable! This is because I use preorders to fund production!

Shipping

Due to high shipping costs, all orders are standard shipped without tracking information. Customers have the option to purchase tracking for their orders at an additional cost. If an order is lost during shipping and tracking information has not purchased, we sadly cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.

Please note that all lightstick holders are all made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped
